Can you give us the full error message ?
What does it say in the logs ?
What version of Webtop ?

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in response. I have attached the error message that we get while viewing a PDF Rendition for a Virtual Document. We are using "5.3.0.135 SP1 02 September 2005" of Webtop.
I didnot check for any logs as I am not aware where to check for a log file.

The inmage is unreadable.
Can you get the Documentum log on your application server (location is defined in the .../documentum/config/log4j.properties
(You'd better stop you app server, delete the file, restart the server and try again so the log file isn't too big)

I am reattching the error screenshot. I cannot restart the application server as it is in Production environment.
