I have a user here, when he clicks within a particular cabinet the screen just flashes and the document does not open. However if he clicks on a locked document, the document opens immediately in read only mode. He is int he same group as all other users able to open documents, and receives no error, the screen just blinks. I have deleted the user and readed the user through an LDAP job but still he is unable to access these files. Has this happened to anyone? Any ideas would be appreciated.
