Login to the download site and download docs depending on the product of your interest.
I would recommend you start with the Fundamentals guide then, Administration guide
New tutorials and free access to downloads have now been added to the documentum developer site.
Can you be a bit more specific on where to find it, the structure of the ECN can be a bit tricky to find something without knowing where to look ?
