DFS Deployment in weblogic app server

Hi ,

I have deployed emc-dfs.ear file into weblogic admin server. when i am testing the deployment by using the link http://localhost:7001/services/core i am getting the 403 error .

Can any one provide the details how to start the dfs development and send some samples

do i need to install the sdk for dfs?

Have you tried URLs http://localhost:7001/services/core/QueryService or http://localhost:7001/services/core/QueryService?WSDL ?

What do they say?

You can download a bundled Version of DFS 6.0 SP1 with Weblogic in EMC Subscribenet. There you don't have to deploy anything. Everything is configured automatically during the installation.

Check a couple things. First, did you specify a context root for the application? It may be at http://localhost:7001/emc-dfs/services/core. Also, you may try hitting one of the WSDLs directly, like http://localhost:7001/emc-dfs/services/core/SearchService?wsdl. Good luck!
