In addition to previous task.
The task is:
1. On clicking "CheckOut" in menu system doesn't perform checkout itself, but shows popup with filebrowse-control for manually settting the output directory. And only then saves file/files into chosen folder.
2. Maybe it also possible to store the user selected folder, and use it as default for checkout.
