Input Accel 5.2.3 For Documentum

Hello everyone,

I have installed Input Accel 5.2 to capture the documents and store it into the Documentum reporsitory. (DCTM 6.5)

At the time of crating new Document type in Input Accel, application ask to select the Docbase, but it's not displaying any docbase and not even ask to select the docbroker / content server.

I searched in help & installation document's but I haven't got the Content Server configuration settings,

Can anyone please tell me how to configure the Docbase in Input Accel.

Hi,

I'm not sure but I think the first IA which works in D6.x series is version 5.3.2.

Your version 5.2.3 is a bit old and it searches docbases based on dmcl.ini and DFC.

There's no dmcl.ini D6.x versions.

Problem was resolved, it was Documentum Desktop client issue, the client was not able to login into the repository.

I reinstalled the Desktop client and the issue has been resolved.
