Is their a way to restrict printing of documents within webtop to certain users?
You cannot restrict printing of the Webtop (browser) interfaces. But you can restrict the printing of the documents opened from any location if you set up and configure Information Rights Management environment (this includes that the document is opened via Webtop).
Just to expand on that a little, Information Rights Managmenet (IRM) is an additional Documentum product that is integrated with Documentum Webtop (also works standalone, or integrated with other products). It allows you to restrict view, editing, copying and printing, even when the content is taken out of the repository and stored elsewhere.
