Drag&Drop an email directly from outlook to Documentum

Hello Everyone,
When i do DragandDrop from desktop (email/attachment/any-document) to Documentum(BrowserTree) it is going into the import page and showing the right objecttype component.
Whereas when I do Drag & Drop an email, directly from outlook to Documentum(BrowserTree) it is going to import page but showing the dm_document object type component which is not the right.It should show my custom Object type Component.
Why it is not working when I do dragdrop from outlook directly?

maybe because the file actually doesn't really exist

Have you looked into EMC's Application connectors ?

I presume you customized the browsertree to automatically show your custom object type. If this is the case, then your customization must not take into account the email content type correctly. Without knowing your code, its hard to say how to fix it.
