Hello folks,
I'm not able to do the drag and drop from my desktop to webtop 6.5. I did the set-up in the preferences option.
Need your help.

Try cleaning up your cache, UCF and preferences and resetting them to make sure you have all the right versions
1. In the task manager, kill ALL java processes
2. In the control panel, start the Java control panel and delete ALL temporary files, applets and applications
3. In your browser, clear the cache and cookies (that's where the preferences are store)
4. in your local home directory on your PC, clear the Documentum directory (location depends on the OS)
Also, check your version of the JRE is supported in the Webtop release notes
Once you've done that, restart Webtop in your browser, reset your preferences and try again.

What do you mean by 'clear the Documentum directory'?
Yes, I'm using IE 6.0
what I mean is that in your user directory like for mine in Vista which is C:\Users\FrancoisD, there is a Documentum directory. Delete everything in it (don't forget to check in any checked out doc on this machine 1st).
Yes, this is a known problem on Vista. If you have purchased support from EMC then reaching them will help you.
