eRoom Client error

     Hi folks:

We are trying to use the eRoom Client (ERClient7.exe) but when start the application we get the error:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xe06d7363) Click ok to terminate"

We are working with eRoom Server 7.3 and client is a Windows XP ServicePack 2 with language in spanish.
