How do you open the Forms_6.5_SP1 dar project in Composer 6.5?
AFAIK you cannot open DAR files in Composer. You can only install them into a Repository. I heard this is because of avoiding direct reverse engineering (you could know how things were done for example in Forms).
If you just want to install that DAR then you can use the Composer DAR Installer Application.
If you want to work on your own artifacts and need to refer to the Forms artifacts then you should get the TCMReferenceProject and make your project use it as a "Reference Project".
