Index Server 6.5 SP1 : [DM_FULLTEXT_E_BAD_SDC_PHRASE]error: "" .

I have CS + Index Server 6.5 SP1 on Win 2008 machine .

When i try this DQL in iapi32:

select * from dm_document SEARCH DOCUMENT CONTAINS 'test'

I get the following error: [DM_FULLTEXT_E_BAD_SDC_PHRASE]error: "" .

When I inserted a document and after indexing completed , the error ( on the same query ) changed to:

[DM_FT_INDEX_F_FULLTEXT_ENGINE_INIT_ERROR]fatal: "Query Plugin failed to successfully initialize: General failure".

Can someone help me with this error or direct me where to look for it?
