Configuring the LDAP configuration object

I'm trying to set up the LDAP synchronization so I sync certain active directory group attribute (sAMAccountName) to the dm_group attribute group_display_name.  However, when I create a new LDAP config object, it only lets me select dm_user as the subclass.

How do I configure the LDAP synchronization job so that it maps group attributes to specific dm_group attributes?

The Group Attribute Mapping needs to be specified while creation of LDAP config object only?.How are you creating LDAP configuration object, are you using Documentum Administrator for creation of LDAP config object?. If you are using DA for creation of LDAP config object there are three synchronization options in Sync & Authentication tab which allows you select among "Users Only,Users and groups,Groups and member users" of which you need to select among "Users and groups" or "Groups and member users" to synchronize groups also. One this is done, the attribute mapping table on the Mapping tab allow you to specify the attribute mapping.
