I am using Documentum FSS and need certain functionality which is not avaliable OOTB in FSS , I wanted to know whether FSS can be customized , If yes then is there any customization Document avaliable or FSS SDK ?

As per FSS Release notes , FSS can be customized and there are FSS customization guide 6.5 available for Windows and Macintosh.
Unfortunately I couldn't find these guides on EMC powerlink site.
Is anyone aware of the location of these guides?
I posed this question to EMC Support and received the following response:
"there is no document for customization of FSS.It was intended to be an internal document.Engineering informed that they will remove the name mentioned in Release notes in next Service Pack."
From this I gather that the document does exist, but for whatever reason they are unwilling to release it. This is too bad, as it would be very useful.
