IRM plugin crashing MS Word (office 2000)

After installation IRM microsoft office plugin (4.5.1) on my machine, When I open microsoft word and

do

i) edit -> select all

ii) edit -> cut

iii) edit -> paste

microsoft word crashes. Any one encounter this issue and any workaround they found ?

Laxman - as you are aware, EMC IRM Support delivered a preliminary hotfix to IL for this issue yesterday. Currently the fix appears to work. EMC IRM Dervelopment is working on an official hotfix as we speak.
