Error while openong webtop or DA

Whenever I am trying to open webtop or DA I am getting the following error message

[DM_DOCBROKER_E_NO_DOCBASES]error: "There are not any Docbases registered with the DocBroker running on host

[DM_DOCBROKER_E_REQUEST_FAILED_E]error: "The Docbroker request failed."

What version of DA or Webtop you are using.

Have you set the right docbroker in dfc.properties for 6.x or dmcl.ini for 5.3x release

Please delete all the cookies and check

In addition to what Mahesh said you may want to look at Server.ini to see that the server is projecting to the docbroker you are using. Please look at the docbase logs to ensure the server projected without any errors

You can find serevr.ini in %DOCUMENTUM%\dba\config\<Repository_Name>. Look for the entry under the section DOCBROKER_PROJECTION_TARGET.

Server logs can be found in %DOCUMENTUM%\dba\log where the name of the log file is the name of your respository. Look for an entry in the logs with the following prefix, [DM_DOCBROKER_I_PROJECTING]

Go to the Content Server machine

Click on Start - > Program -> Documentum - > Documentum Server Manager

Click on Edit Server.ini
