Error while installing Documentum 6.5 on Windows server

Hi,

I am trying to install Documentum 6.5 SP1 on a windows server 2003 machine. I have already uninstalled SQL server from the machine but it does have MOSS installed. When iam trying to install the Documentum i get a setup error at 85% saying,

                    DiPADbInstall failed! runtime execution failed...

i am attaching a screenshot of the error . Please let me know if there is a possible workaround to have the documentum installed in the windows server machine. The installation is completed after the error but no content database is installed. Any help will be appriciated, Thanks in advance.

   The release notes mention a few issues that can cause this. Please check if any of these apply to your case...

• "When using the SQL Server database included with the product, Developer Edition supports installing onto NTFS file systems only. If you choose to install onto a non-NTFS file system, the installation will fail. NTFS is the standard file system type for Windows 2003 and XP."
• The Microsoft bug described in KB article 968749 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968749) can cause an installation error ("DiPADbInstall failed!"). This error occurs with XML Core Services 6.0 SP2 which is installed when you upgrade to Windows XP SP3. To workaround the problem you need to uninstall the Dev Edition and then apply the fix mentioned in the KB article above.
