how do I change the DNS in verity. I receive an error when I queue full text in document manager: TCP error: call DNS, error 14848. Has anyone else received this error, and how can I fix it? TY, ahead of time.

Are you using Windows 2003 Standard Edition SP2?If so, the problem was caused by the Windows 2003 service pack 2.Workaround:1. Configure the Verity 5.5 server on Windows 2003 sp1 first.2. Check to make sure that you are able to index documents on the Verity server correctly.3. Install the Windows 2003 sp2.
