We have a business requirement wherein we need to give users the option of PDF annotation and bookmarking. The solution should not be any client specific approach like adobe professional but rather an enterprise wide server licenising or custom code. We were looking at options wherein we can do this annotation/bookmarking programatically.
We looked into itext but it seems that it actually modifies the content and does not put a top layer on it.
Another option was brava but again it does not support bookmarking.
Do we have any other solution which marries with DAM?
Any help/pointers is appreciated
