Got "Unable to initialise admin dll(OSEnv)" Error

Hi, all.

I have installed CS(6.5SP1) on Windows 2k8 System by remote desktop with user Administrator.

There was not any error through the installation.

But when i start Documentum Server Manager it show me an dialog of the mesage "Error" ・"Unable to initialise admin dll(OSEnv)".

Is any one who why this happened. And does it effect the CS.

ps: The system is in workgroup, and the windows firewall is active that time.

This issue has been fixed in 6.5 SP1_Hotfix branch and 6.5_SP2 branch. Can you please take the lastest version and check this out?

this error message has occasionally appeared since the beginning of times. I remember it with EDMS 98. sometimes it show up, sometimes it doesn't.

Anyway, it doesn't matter, wether you get this error message or not, the Server Manager works fine
