Rendition Issues-

I am facing issues while creating renditions using webtop.

In the CTS log we get to see the following error.

ERROR [ Thread-15] CTSArchivingMonitor - Error while getting archiving information, [DFC_BOF_CANNOT_FIND_OBJECT] Business object com.documentum.services.cts.df.reporting.ICTSReportingConfigService does not exist in docbase

What could be the reason for the such error?

Any inputs in this regard would be really helpful.

We're going to need some version information on that one as DTS has changed tremendously these past few years.

Can you tell the version of DTS and Webtop your's using ?

Also, on the DTS machine, did you run the configuration program to configure your repository ?

ADTS 6.0 SP1 and webtop 6.0 SP1.

we have also tried reinstalling docapps for Rich_Media_Services_6.0_SP1_docapp.zip and Transformation_6.0_SP1_docapp.zip

and when we run the following query

select * from dm_queue where date_sent >= DATE('07-06-2009') AND event ='DTS' order by date_sent desc"

we get the following message.

The queue item with ID (1b004d0680046c61) and message 'rendition_req_ps_pdf' was signed off as it reached its expiry age.

This issue is resulting after we have migrated the content from Windows to Solaris using dump and load .

Sounds like the SBO cannot be located. Did you change the password for the global registry connection? If you dont have the right credentials, your SBOs cannot be downloaded to your repository.

Even we are facing the same issue. We had also manually deployed the two docapps and after submitting for rendition when we run the query on dm_queue,the message attributes shows :

"The queue item with ID (1b01f0a5800221d9) and message 'rendition_req_ps_pdf' was signed off as it reached its expiry age. "

The CTS server contains only DTS and no MTS installed in it. As mentioned we also verified the global repository entry and it is same as the one present in content server.

We are also facing another issue, the CTS AdminAgent is not getting started. The error is:

"Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

We need to enable the trace for CTS AdminAgent. At present the stdout inside CTS ADminAgent\Log is empty.

Kindly help us in resolving these issues.
