Error installing 6.5 SP2 Content Server against an Oracle 11g R1 DB...

I'm attempting to install the latest Content Server against an Oracle 11g R1 (11.1.0.6.0) database (CS and DB are on 2 separate machines, I've verified that they're able to communicate via both Oracle Client and JDBC). The error is:

Error - Database version not supported. Detailed error:

Se the attached picture for the whole error.

Any help would be greaty appreciated.

What I've done on previous versions to get around this error is to create a simple executable program that simply returns "1" and name it (I think) dm_dbtest.exe. I'm not where I can doublecheck the filename, but it should be easy to find in the bin directory of the Content Server install. Backup the existing file and replace it with your file that returns "1" and it will pass the DB version check.

I figured it out. I needed to install the full Oracle client software and not the "Instant Client" they have available.
