Is there a sequence that the InputAcel / Documentum servers have to be booted?
I'd say that it's better if the Content server is up and running before any other machine that needs to access it. It is the backbone of the whole system. Then agin, if the 'client' services are intelligent, if the server is not availalbe when they start, they should still be able to pick it up when it comes online. Don't know if it's the case with Input Accel though
