Hi Pat,
It would be great if the webinar focuses on some of the business problems which can be solved by various documentum services like DFS,CMIS,REST etc. This would help me in providing appropriate solution in reply to RFPs.
Looking forward to it.
this would be really good. How do we get notified on the Webinar timing ahead of time.
Also, would this be recorded, so that one can view it later ?
thanks
Samik
Hi Samik,
We will be posting the webinar information on the Documentum Developer page as soon as we gather questions and confirm a scheduled date. We will be recording the session along with other webinars that we hope to produce in this developer series. We will also add to the developer news letter and add to this particular thread. Do you have any ideas on other ways that we can reach out to developers to make them aware of this session? We also want to make sure that we reach anyone who would be interested. Currently I believe developers, systems admin, power users. Can you suggest others?
Thanks for the feedback!
Hello Pat,
I am new to Documentum. We are currently running version 5.25 and want to develop an Java base application that needs to interface with it. I had read many documentation about DFC and BOF, but really having a hard time getting access to them.
Do you know where I can get a download of the DFC and BOF libararies?
Here's our environment:
IDE: Eclipse,
Language: Java
Documentum: 5.25,
Anything that can help us get started is much appreciated.
thanks,
Mike
Mike,
Better to create a new post for your question or a lot of users might miss it. Rule of the thumb (my own point of view though). Don't add questions to an existing discussion to avoid confusing others and o avoid that anybody misses it.
They can be downloaded from the Download Center and/or from PowerLink but in both cases you'll need access. I assume some administrator/support person in your organization will have access to them
Good feedback - I am going to move it to the Roll your own webinar contest section - which means you get a gift!
check the above link for my email id so that you can tell me where to send your gift.
