My media file cannot play in DAM,why?

Hello all.

My produect edition is Docutomum6.5 SP1,I have installed Content Server,MTS and AVTS successfully.But there is a problem now.The player is Media player on both Server and Client. The media file cannot play in my DAM, there is a static at the top-left corner of the videodetails.jsp.I can view the frame information of the media file.
At the same tine my IE edition is 6.0 and my Tomcat is 6.0.16.
