DCTM Developer edition Insurance Application

Hi All

I have installed the Documentum Developer edition and want to use the sample hypothetical insurance application which comes with that.

I do not see any user guide for the sample application anywhere. Can someone suggest how to use the sample hypothetical insurance application.

Also, what is the signficance of High Fidelity form and simple form. Secondly, when I try to create one such form, I get the error like

"No installed forms templates found. New form is not available. "

I cant speak for the insurance application, but I can tell you how high fidelity form is different from simple form.  Think of simple form as normal HTML form that collects data from user.  A high fidelity form is a physical file that has form fields embedded in it, so that users can populate the file offline (not connected to internet).  When the high fidelity form is submitted to an application, the form fields can be read just like if the user entered the data from simple form.
