Iam Vijay and we are actually looking to propose documentum 6.5 suite of products for our customer.
Looking at the requirement which is basically a transaction management system we have decided to propose taskspace 6.5 and its integrable suite of products.Basically the requirements would cover the following
1. Workflow system for transaction with the options of simulating and analysing the process
2. microsoft exchange server integrations to index documents through emails into workflow system
3. real time view and reporting
4. pdf conversions.
5. scanning solutions
6.To validate and upload the data receieved through the scanning system onto a oracle host system
Please guide me whether the below set of products would best fulfill the above requirements
1.Taskspace 6.5(please confirm which one( taskspace or webtop) would suit the best)?
2.BPM suite(process builder,analyser and simulator):(please confirm whether this would suit the best)?
3.microsoft exchange server email integrations with the workflow system(taskspace or webtop) and if so which product should i go for?
4.BAM & PRS(please confirm whether this would suffice or any other dctm 6.5 products which would suit the best)
5.captiva Input Accel&dispatcher or eInput( which would be apt)
6.DFS web services to export the scanned image images and import the generated documents into and from the oracle host system.Please confirm
Also pelase let me know the other suite of products which would better suit the requirement
