Refer to SR#25916124 - Authenticate each time document is open (Need to add to IRM SDK for OO customization), this enhancement item should included in IRM 4.6. We found that this is working fine on IRM Client for MS Office 4.6 and IRM Client for PDF 4.6, users do not need to select the certificate and click 'OK' everytime they protect a document or open a protected document.
For IRM Client for Open Office which develop using IRM SDK 4.6 GA, users do not need to login (select the certificate and click 'OK') everytime when they open a protected Open Office document. However, to protect a Open Office document, users still need to login (select the certificate and click 'OK') everytime.
By using IRM Client Integration API, is there anyway to perform the SSO when protect a document, just like SSO when open protected document? Thanks
