Exception while import file

Hi, all.

When we import file into a repository with DA/Webtop the following error message had bean displayed frequently:

Is there anyone have idea about it?

Looks like the content transfer was interrupted on the client side and it the server took preemptive actions to avoid stuck threads. Please find out, if on the client machine, during the import, some one did something to that effect, like pressing the back button, or closing the browser altogether.

I believe that we didn't take any action during the import progress.
The steps we import the file is:

Log in to the system from DA/Webtop.
Move to the cabinet/folder the file will be imported to.
Click "File">"Import".
At the "File Selection" page, click "Add Files".
Select a file after "Select Files" dialog displayed.
Click "OK", click "Finish".
The "Progressing" page displayed.

#Here it also seems the action is too slow.

We looked at the client logging, the flowing message had output to the ucf.clientx.log file.
The contents is as the flowing:

#I gess that client session had been timed out.

What are the versions of the various components in use?

Is this problem reproducible everywhere or on specific machines?

There could be some issues on the network as well which is keeping UCF from handshaking.

Are there any exceptions on the server side as well?

Hi, Gourav.

We are using 6.5SP2 now.

This occur on every machine.

By the way the OS is Windows 2008, and the Middle-ware is Weblogic 10.3.

We just looked at the application's logging. It's output notthing except the fisrt message I submited.

Now our partner told us to do this. And it seems the problem had be solved.

At the application server. Open the %APP_ROOT%\WEB-INF\classes\ucf.server.config.xml. Add the flowing lines to it and hace it saved.

Restart your Weblogic or request http://host:port/app_name/wdk/refresh.jsp to apply your changing.
