Need help on DTS.

Hi, all.

My DTS server output the error message as flowing:

10:15:32,203 INFO [ Thread-38] CTSLegacyQueueProcessor - EXCEPTION in Queue Processor (the Docbase might be down): com.documentum.cts.exceptions.internal.CTSServiceManagerException: [DM_SYSOBJECT_E_NO_WRITE_ACCESS]error: "No write access for sysobject named 'CTS Instance'."

Is anyone who know the access permission to the object 'CTS Instance'?

Hi,

Have you configured your DTS with a superuser account to the repository?

You can find out what permissions are on this object:

select r_object_id,acl_name,acl_domain from dm_sysobject where object_name='CTS Instance'

What's the result?

Hi,

I try to get the result by:

select * from dm_sysobject where name='CTS Instance'.

The owner of the object is Administrator the repository's Install owner.

Then I note the acl name, and check the user's permission on the object.

The permission set's information is as below:

docu Version

dm_owner Delete

dm_world Relate
