migrate content server 5.2.5sp3 to d6.5

We would like to migrate documentum content server enviroment from 5.2.5SP3 to D6.5SP2

Migration details are

Source OS : HP-UX

Target OS : Linux

Source Database : 9i

Target Database : 10g

Could you provide me details or let me know documents which provides information that will be great help.

There is a migration guide that is part of Content Server 6.5 download.

Just to clarify :

Do you want to upgrade from 5.2.5 to 6.5 or

install a new 6.5 setup and migrate the data.
