Missing files in the converted Backing Store

JeanIns

There are files missing in my converted 5.5.2 editions. I'm converting from 5.0.1 on Windows 2000. The iwfsck reported no errors on the old backing store, and there were no errors reported during the conversion. However, some DCRs were not copied over to the new 5.5.2 backing store. Has anyone encountered this problem?
Thanks

Please contact Interwoven Support and work with them to resolve the problem. The most likely cause would be that the DCRs are missing from the editions - but it sounds like that's not the case (is it?) Better to work through Support on something like this before you do something that makes it difficult (or even impossible) to correct without going through a lot more contortions.

In addition to contacting support, you may want to determine how the conversion to 5.5.2 was done. It is possible to convert only parts of a store. From your post it is not clear if files are missing from directories, or if directories are missing. If it's the latter, it could be the parameters used for the conversion.

Many customers have completed the conversion process, and this not a common problem.

DCR could have come from a workarea. Did you copy workareas?
