Incoming dmdadmin messages (Inbox)

Hi all,

I have a problem with these notify errors that grows up in dmadmin inbox every half hour.

[ERROR] [LAUNCHER 1272] Detected while completing processing for job dm_QmThresholdNotification: FAILED: Could not launch method dm_QmThresholdNotification: OS error: (No Error), DM error: ().

[ERROR] [LAUNCHER 2812] Detected while completing processing for job dm_WFCheckPoint: FAILED: Could not launch method dm_WFCheckPoint: OS error: (No Error), DM error: ().

[ERROR] [LAUNCHER 3524] Detected while completing processing for job dm_WfmsTimer: FAILED: Could not launch method dm_WfmsTimer: OS error: (No Error), DM error: ().

Anyone have the same problem or know the solution?

Hello,

This kind of notifications came up because you have problems with your jobs/methods. Please check the following:

- sysadmin folder exist in Documentum/dba/log/DocbaseID

- Job reports are not cecked out

- Job objects are not checked out

- Super user has the correct permissions to create job reports / logs

¿Where are located these files?

- Super user has the correct permissions to create job reports / logs -->YES dmadmin have all permissions

You can find the files in your Docbase:

- /System/Sysadmin/Reports (must have dm_acl_superusers acl)

- /System/Sysadmin/Jobs

- /Temp/Jobs
