BPM with webservices calls (ABM)

Hi all,

Sometimes we have problems with comunication wit our workflows with our custom webservices:

The hnacsprod.log says:

Tue Mar 18 16:51:55 2008 661000 [DM_WORKFLOW_E_AGENT_LAUNCH]error: "Failed to launch 4a012f8480043257 due to an operating system error: No Error."

When we restart documentum it works for a while.

I got the same error when trying to advance a workflow, and I saw a clue by dumping the object (using the API), like:

dump,c,4a012f8480043257

In the dump, look for r_exec_os_error which might contain more info on your error.

In my case, I saw "save of object failed because of version mismatch".

This error message appears in the docbase log when your method throws any (unexpected) exception. So if you can modify your method's code,catch any exception arising, and put some debugging info (of course do it with log4j if you can). Then you should see what's the exact problem.

BTW, any unhandled exception's stacktrace should apear in the Java Method Server's log without change to the code.
