Hi Balaji,
I have looked up the SR and the attached error message.
The SR was closed with the comments that you would need to create a .nsf format and then try to view the email message in the browser and case needs to be logged as the partner (adeco)
The error message states that the browser does not recognize the format or that it could not find the file.
I am not sure on how we could view lotus notes email in a browser unless there are some lotus notes plugins to work with a browser to open them. This will need some research with both IBM and the documentum case needs to be logged with Taskspace.
Sorry could not be of much help. I will need to do some research but could take longer, it would be quicker to log a case and have tech support help you.

Hello there Balajits:
I'm not sure if you can view .nsf (lotus notes e-mail) from taskspace viewer. The good news is that I know someone who may.
One of our community all star's KD just might know.
I'll see if he or someone on his team can assist.

We currently only have 3 external viewers, one is Brava(licensed), Daeja Viewer(licensed) and AcrobatReader.
As per the formats that is listed today for lotus OOTB are "lotus", "lotmanu" and "123 w". I am not sure if Taskspace Viewer will display the format "nsf".
You can try to add a custom format of type "nsf" and try to view the same from Taskspace and see if it works.
I have not tested the same. I have used Daeja Viewer an external viewer to view images etc but not email message (outlook/lotus notes). You will need to do some additional testing.
Hi,
Thank you very much for your valuable information.
I have tried to open (.msg) file by using Daeja viewer. It is working fine. But I am not able to open the attached document in that mail. But, according to our requirement, we need to view lotus notes mail and it's attachments.

Have you tired to create a format for .nsf files and try to open in Taskspace. Yes, you will not be able to view attachments. That will be an issue as it needs the specific client to be installed to view them. For My Documentum for Outlook will help in that, but I am not sure how you can do the same in Taskspace. Please log a Service request with tech support for more information.
Thank you for your reply.
