help with iw_if

I'm trying to check that multiple values in an iw_if are all null, but my code isn't recognizing any values right now... Here's what I'm using:

<iw_if expn='({iw_value name="dcr.TopRightImage"/} eq "") & ({iw_value name="dcr.MarketingHeader"/} eq "") & ({iw_value name="dcr.Marketing"/} eq "")'> <iw_then>....

Any suggestions?

Try this:

<iw_if expn='({iw_value name="dcr.TopRightImage"/} eq "") && ({iw_value name="dcr.MarketingHeader"/} eq "") && ({iw_value name="dcr.Marketing"/} eq "")'> <iw_then>....

and see if that improves anything...
