I guess your local Documentum training center.
I guess the training material provided by EMC is proprietary and we're most likely not allowed to distribute it around (Somebody from EMC out there to check it out and confirm or not?)
There are a lot blogs, forums and material out there so I guess you could google and choose which ones are more suited to your need.
then again, if there are some specific topics or questions you need covered. this is the right place to ask
