Dont see Regenerate Page option for Webdesk user

Hi,
TS552 (SP3), Templating 552(SP3), Solaris-8
I am not able to see "Regenerate Page" option for the WebDesk User (Author). I can see the option in File Menu if login as author w/o webdesk. Is this the default behavior or I ahve to configure somewhere?
