multiple tt_data within same branch

Is there any way I can have 2 workflows tt_data events for the same branch ?

I have 2 different type of templates within the same branch.
If a DCR of template type 1 is closed i want to invoke workflow 1.
If a DCR of template type 2 is closed i want to invoke workflow 2.

I realize i could try to have logic within the '.wft' to check for attached file type and accordingly set the tasks.
But i would prefer 2 separate workflows as they would be cleaner.
Any ideas ?
