Documentum comwrappers

I need to be able to use com.documentum.comwrappers as a refernce in a project to create a plugin for CTS. It is a trrandform plugin to create pdf files from dgn files using Bentley MicroStation. I would like to create a comwrapper similar to the com.documentum.comwrappers.excel9 for MicroStation but can find no information on it. Can someone put me on the right path to it or give me a beeter way to control MicroStation from this plugin.

If it's for a commercial application, then we're competing if it's to use internally, then you might not want to reinvent the wheel.
