Hi
I think for anyone to be able to assist you, then you are going to have to provide more details. How about attaching your DD config file and the output including the error.

hi michael,
have attached the required files.

and attached is the output file

hmmmm at a guess I think your problem *may* be related to this:
ERROR:Invalid column element. name-from-field not allowed.
Which is probably due to the way you are deploying your field: Free Form.
<column name="OCCURRENCE_FREE_FORM" data-type="LONGVARCHAR(0)" value-from-field="Free Form" allows-null="yes" is-url="no" />
If you remove this column name does the deployment work?
Is type="LONGVARCHAR(0)" supported by DataDeploy?
Hope this helps!
Cheers

nopes! doesnt work if i exclude that field..
act the first time i run dd, it deploys only to the occurrence table.. n again if i try deployin it fails... there seems some prob with the occurrence question table...
Michael
ok - can you post the output from the first time you run it?
mon
okay... that output file is attached !
Michael
If we look at the tuple in the log:
TUPLE={Occurrence Type=1, Index Picture=, Type/0/Contest/0=, OCCURRENCE_ID=287, Medium Text=, state=Original, Title=demo test, Type/0/Contest/0/Question Text=test,
The reference to say "Question Text" appears to be Type/0/Contest/0/Question Text=test
However in your config you have
value-from-field="Contest/[0-9]/Question Text"
Shouldn't you be reference the Type replicant?

its workin michael !!!! thanks a ton!!!
dunno while mapping why it didnt take type... thats a container actually...
