Hi,
we have a strange problem here. One of our author misses the item "New Data Record" in the File-Menu when using the Java Webdesk. If the author logs on in Webdesk Pro the Item is there and works. Also if other users log on (both webdesks) the Menu-Item is there.
We already tried the following :
- logged on another machine - same behavior.
- checked rights - all clear.
The server is a Windows-Machine running NT4 SP6a, the client the author uses is W2K SP3 with IE 5.5.
I wonder if anyone had something similar with the java-webdesk ??
