STAGING File Permissions

I have files in STAGING that were submitted without a submit.cfg. I would like STAGING files to be rwx to all TS users. I recently installed a submit.cfg to ensure this. However, I need to correct files that were submitted before I added the appropriate entries to submit.cfg. Right now I have files in STAGING that show up to some users with an N/A and when I do a 'Get Latest' the N/As get propagated to the user's workarea. I need to eliminate the N/As entirely.

The only way to modify the permissions of files already in Staging is to submit them again. So modify all the files you need to resubmit. (On Solaris you can use touch. On Windows you can try changing the permissions.) Then submit the modified files so that they pick up your submit.cfg rules.

Go in as a user who has access and using the files system interface, change the permissions and submit the changes
