An IWOV employee wrote a book available on Amazon. It is more WCM centric than specific to TeamSite, though there are strong TS influences.

Have any of you guys read that book? Is it worth getting with regards to CM in general or more towards IW?

My manager read it.
She said it is a good overview on how TS works from 30,000 feet. It talks about workareas, staging, virtualization and all the things you would like/need when you are dealing with a content management system.
It will not tell you how to do things with TS nor help you with the day to day operation. It might (remember I have not read it) help with the overall strategy you might want to implement while setting up your environment.

It was written to be WCM specific more than geared to TeamSite. The concepts are pushed hard, of course those concepts were easy to implement in TeamSite. It is an architecture book and a problem definition book. We used to give it out to prospective customers as a presales tool.
