Is it just me or has the Interwoven participation in DevNet dropped off considerably? Not long ago (within 6 months) I was assured that someone from Interwoven was monitoring all posts and making sure no post went unanswered. Now I notice a lot of posts going unanswered. I also notice that fewer Interwoven engineers are offering help or best practices advice on posts.
Is it because now that there are so many registered users, Interwoven is letting the site run itself? Is it no longer a priority to make sure all posts are answered? One of the best things about this site was that Interwoven actually got involved. It reduces the number of frivolous support cases and helps people solve problems much quicker. I am disappointed in the site lately. I always gave more weight to answers to problems provided by Interwoven employees than anyone else. The site is definitely slipping.
