remove invalid DCR DTD reference/CCI visualdiff

When I try to use the VisualDiff CCI on a DCR it fails because the DCR DTD is not in the directory the DCR is in. Is there some way to configure TeamSite so that the invalid reference to the DTD is not inserted into the DCR when it is saved (as it's apparently not used for anything anyway?)

The CCI VisualDiff link doesn't seem to have the button that the old VisualDiff had that allowed you to access SourceDiff - does anyone have a workaround for this (it is often important even for casual contributors to use source diff - such as to see if the title of the page has changed)?
