Dude,
If you want an asap response please be a little more descriptive in what you are trying to do - maybe attach a file or two. Right now I think you have put some text into a DCR text field - what text? What was the output?
Give us a chance to help you by helping us!
Thanks,
Jeremy

1) Go ahead and spell out words like "see" or "are"-- if you think you're saving yourself time by not typing one or two characters here and there, I can tell you it isn't worth the annoyance and confusion you generate to your readers.
2) When you save your DCR, does your DCT "auto clean" the HTML? A DCT will normally say something about "Do you wish to clean up MS Word code?" If you click "Yes", it should clean up any junk that's behind the scenes.
3) If #2 doesn't work, try flipping between "HTML mode" and "WYSIWYG mode" in the Visual Format bar. Do the junky characters show up in the "HTML mode" ?

when i switch to htmlode view..
we have <p>To ensure the adjustments routed to the specialist unit are appropriate referrals.</p>
<p> </p>
<p> </p>
<p>hvghj</p>
when we see the preview ..
we see

the funny characters are due to the encoding on your generated file. It needs to be utf-8. Change it on your tpl.
For options on the <p> tag and hard returns, see documentation
By default, eWebEditPro inserts a paragraph tag (<p>)
when the user presses <Enter>.
To change this behavior so that a linebreak <br />
appears when the user presses <Enter>, set shiftenter to
“true”.
