URL to task to open in webdeskpro

To alert an author/editor he has a task waiting for him, we send an email notification, containing a direct link to the task in question. This link (eg http://ebscaz16/iw/webdesk/task?taskid=46801) always opens in the Webdesk interface. However, all of our users are using the webdesk pro interface. Can anyone tell me what is the syntax for this URL to open the task in the webdesk pro interface?

There is none - isn't that brilliant? We have the same situation - all of our users are editors, therefore by default they can only view the Webdesk Pro interface. People have complained a lot that there are 2 UI's and I believe with the next major release (Project Leo, TS 6.0) which is due in the Fall, there will be one UI for everyone. It will have more of the Webdesk look and feel, so our users will have to get used to that, but I believe the improvements they claim to be making will be well worth it.

In the meantime, you're stuck with the Webdesk only URL's.
