Hi,

Using FormAPI Is there any way to know number of replicant.

For example if i click replicant 5 times later i am coming editing replicant 3 . Is there any way to know the replicant number

Are you trying to fetch the number of replicants in your code for PT? If so, you could use something like:
<iw_perl>
<![CDATA[
my @num = iwpt_dcr_list('dcr.Contain.Para');
my $ctr = scalar(@num);
iwpt_output($ctr);

</iw_perl>

The onItemChange event passes the item to the event handler. On the item you can use the getName() method which will return the XPath. The XPath will include the replicant number.

No, but I believe there is a feature request for this.

Thanx for your reply .Is there any work around .When i delete replicant i want to clear the content from that replicant.

when adding the replicant we can use onitemchange but when just deleting existing replicant is there any other workaround.

I'm not sure if I understand exactly what you are trying to do.

However, when the replicant is deleted the content in its items is deleted also.

Any workarounds really depend on what problem you are trying to solve in the first place....
