Teamsite and Citrix

My Vpn admin is making me supply her with information on running Teamsite in our vpn environment before she gives the green light.

We run Teamsite latest version on win2k and vpn via cisco then use Citrix environment to launch apps. One big question is how to deal with Visual Format since it's a client side install? Should I just request my admin install Visual Format on the Citrix box?

When one edits something in teamsite it brings it locally to the iwtemp directory. But if your in a secure tunnel obvious nothing is coming locally, how do you deal with this?
